Getting ProxyRA Documentation
Access to ProxyRA documentation requires a valid WebPower account. After logging into WebPower, you will find the ProxyRA release notes and manuals in the Software Documentation section.
Note: WebPower does not support Firefox browser at this time.

ProxyRA Software Upgrade
Access to ProxyRA software upgrades requires a WebPower account. After submitting the download form, you will receive an email containing the ProxyRA software download URL. Use this URL to download the software. The URL remains active for 5 days after the initial download of the upgrade.

ProxyRA Utilities and Connector Diagnostic Utility
Blue Coat ProxyRA provides both application signature and host integrity check utilities. The Application Definition Utility creates signatures for both whitelisting and blacklisting specific applications. The Host Integrity Check Utility creates requirement checks for software, registry settings, and minimal operating system service packs. For more information about application signatures or host integrity checks, see the ProxyRA Administrator Guide.

The Connector Diagnostic Utility can be used by the Blue Coat ProxyRA administrator to collect data about end-user browsers and operating systems. The utility helps determine whether the end-user environment is compatible with Blue Coat ProxyRA Connector. It also provides remediation suggestions in cases where the browser configuration can be modified to support Blue Coat ProxyRA Connector.
