Director 4.x MIBs

Director 4.x supports Management Information Base version 2 (MIB-2) Sensor, Usage and Disk MIBs. These MIBs are available for download in the SGOS 3 section of the Blue Coat WebPower web site.

Known Issues

• When an illegal address trap is set to a threshold value, the value for cfctl variable net/ip/flags/validate_src is not being automatically set to 1. As a result, even after setting the trap and threshhold and receiving the packets with illegal (broadcast etc.) address, no trap is sent. (B#2744)
• Director might not return a valid sysObjectID value for Director 800 platforms. (B#56878)
• The ProxySG up/down trap is a MIB written in SMI v2 and matches all SNMP v2c notifications sent by Director. Director also supports the sending of SNMP v1 traps, but no SMI v1 MIB is provided. Customers are encouraged to use SNMP v2 notifications rather than SNMP v1 traps. (B#78289)
