Beginning September 25th, 2006, MMS and Real are combined into the base license.
If you licensed your Blue Coat SG after this date, you automatically received the streaming license.
If you licensed your Blue Coat SG after this date, perform the following steps to obtain a streaming license:
- Log into LCAMS.
- Select the Hardware Serial Number for the Blue Coat SG that is to receive the streaming license.
- Select Manage SGOS Licenses.
- In the Cust Info field (in LCAMS), click Update License Key. The license generation process requires about two minutes to complete.
- Log into the Blue Coat SG Management Console.
- Select Maintenance>Licensing>Install.
- In the License Key Automatic Installation field, click Update.
- Select the View tab; click Refresh Data. Verify the license was retrieved.
